Memberships & Access

What membership options do you offer?

We offer several tiers to fit your lifestyle: Starter ($35/month for individuals), Silver ($60/month for couples), Gold ($125/month for families up to 5), and Unlimited plans ($100–$400/month) that include access to all equipment. We also offer 1-Day Passes for $25 and Team Packages for groups.

What's included in the Unlimited membership?
Unlimited members get everything in the basic plans PLUS full access to our specialty equipment: HydroMassage, Cryochair, Cocoon Pod, Red Zone Sauna, and Polar Wave Chair. Specialty equipment still requires advance online booking.
Do you offer family or couples memberships?
Yes! Our Silver plan covers 2 people, our Gold plan covers up to 5 family members, and our Unlimited Family plan ($400/month) gives your whole household access to all equipment.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. Our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime—just let us know before your next billing cycle.
Do you offer day passes for non-members?
Yes! Our 1-Day Pass is $25 per person and includes access to all Tier 1 equipment (Cold Tub, Hot Tub, Sauna, Stretch Zone, MarcPro, and NormaTec) for the day.

Equipment & Services

What types of recovery equipment do you have?
We offer a full range of recovery technology including: Cold Tub, Hot Tub, Infrared Sauna, Red Zone Sauna, Stretch Zone, NormaTec Compression, MarcPro Muscle Stimulation, HydroMassage, Cryochair, Cocoon Pod, and Polar Wave Chair.
What is the difference between the Cold Tub and Polar Wave Chair?
The Cold Tub is a traditional cold water immersion experience. The Polar Wave Chair delivers a similar cold plunge effect through targeted cold therapy—while you stay fully clothed. Both are great for reducing inflammation and speeding recovery.
What is the Cocoon Pod?
The Cocoon Pod combines radiant infrared heat with dry heat convection, reaching up to 190°F. It promotes deep relaxation, accelerated recovery, and total-body wellness in a private, enclosed pod.
What does NormaTec Compression do?
NormaTec uses dynamic air compression to massage your legs, hips, or arms. It boosts circulation, flushes out lactic acid, and helps your muscles recover faster after workouts or competition.
What is MarcPro Muscle Stimulation?
MarcPro is an electrical muscle stimulation device that activates your body’s natural recovery process. It helps reduce soreness, improve blood flow, and speed up healing—without any discomfort.
Do you offer massage, physical therapy, or chiropractic services?
We’re currently finalizing partnerships with licensed massage therapists, physical therapists, and chiropractors who will offer services at our facility. These services are coming soon—stay tuned!
Will you offer IV Therapy?
Yes! IV Therapy is coming soon. It will be administered by a registered nurse and physician-prescribed during your appointment at our facility. Pricing will be announced once our partnership is finalized.

Appointments & Booking

Do I need to book an appointment?
For our core equipment (Cold Tub, Hot Tub, Sauna, Stretch Zone, NormaTec, MarcPro), no appointment is needed—just drop in anytime with your membership. For specialty equipment (HydroMassage, Cryochair, Cocoon Pod, Red Zone Sauna, Polar Wave Chair), advance online booking is required.
Can I walk in for specialty equipment?
If the equipment is available and not booked, yes—we’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ins. However, booking in advance guarantees your spot.
How do I book a session?
You can book online through our website or by calling us directly. Select your preferred equipment, date, and time—and you’ll receive a confirmation via email or text.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to open the slot for other members. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
Yes! Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and/or text with your appointment details.
Can I book sessions for my whole family or team?
Absolutely. Family members on your plan can each book their own sessions. For teams or group events, contact us about our Team Package ($300) which reserves the space for up to 15 athletes for 2 hours.

Staffed hours are Monday–Friday 6am–8pm, Saturday 7am–5pm, and Sunday 12pm–5pm.
